The terms used in these Terms and Conditions are defined as follows:

The following rules apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal processing generally takes 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Any active bonus wagering requirement must be met before a withdrawal request is processed.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method.

On their first deposit at dc365, users will receive a 120% welcome bonus of up to ৳5,000. Conditions that apply to the bonus:

• The bonus applies to the first deposit only.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.
• Example: Deposit ৳10,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳15,000.
• Bonus wagering requirement: 15x (on the bonus amount only).

• Any fraud or abuse in obtaining bonuses will not be tolerated.
• dc365 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is prohibited and subject to penalties.
• The relevant wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing winnings from a bonus.
• If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus will be forfeited.

dc365's VIP program has four tiers. Users can advance to higher tiers through regular betting activity. The weekly cashback benefit for each tier is as follows:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.1% cashback per week.
• Platinum: Up to 1.5% cashback per week.

The conditions for receiving VIP cashback and other benefits are set by dc365 and are subject to change. Contact our support team for more details on VIP tiers.

• A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• dc365 reserves the right to void or correct bets in the case of incorrect odds or results displayed due to a technical error.
• Winnings resulting from a software error in any game will be considered void.
• Any form of cheating or system exploitation is prohibited.

Bets can be placed on various sports including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football (FIFA), and kabaddi. The following applies to sports betting:

• Bets cannot be withdrawn after an event has started.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled according to dc365's established rules.
• Odds in live betting may change at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Match fixing or attempting to influence the outcome of any event.
• Using bots, automated systems, or any software to place bets.
• Bonus arbitrage through multiple accounts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions.
